Company information
We are a relatively large printed circuit board assembly manufacturer in the Tokai region. We have a proven track record across a wide range of industries, including industrial equipment, buses, railways, automotive electrical equipment, communication devices, and consumer products. We can handle everything from the design of various printed circuit boards to material procurement, prototype board assembly, mass production board assembly, and product assembly, either as a complete service or according to your specific requirements. In terms of production equipment, we have an SMT line with 11 stations and 4 lines for manual insertion and automatic soldering, allowing us to accommodate high-density board assembly such as BGA assembly, as well as heavier boards like power supply boards. We can manage small lots from one to several dozen units, as well as mass production in the hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands. Leveraging approximately 40 years of assembly experience, we provide highly reliable quality using solder printing inspection machines, X-ray inspection equipment, and the latest AOI devices. Additionally, our location is very resilient to the risks posed by recent flooding, so please feel free to visit us anytime for a factory tour.
