LBR-1 is a servo labeler with a vision sensor for rotational positioning alignment. It instantly separates, rotates, and applies labels to products flowing on the conveyor, thereby automating the labeling process that traditionally required 4 to 5 people at a rate of 30 to 40 units per minute to zero personnel. Since it recognizes all fluid products through image recognition, it will not miss any accidental mixing of different varieties.
