No more worries about "wanting to introduce or update a pure water system, but the transport route..." ○Space-saving While space is needed on both sides of the container for regularly replacing the reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane), our RO pure water system is designed to be vertical, requiring less space than horizontal types. ○Winter (5°C water temperature) compatible Typical RO systems see a significant decrease in treated water volume during winter, but the G.B.R. mode-equipped type can provide stable pure water supply even in winter. ○Options We offer a wide range of options to meet customer needs, including removal of residual chlorine that can damage the reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane), removal of suspended solids, high hardness compatibility, and enhancement of treated water purity. ○Excellent initial and running costs When raising the supply water temperature in winter, installation of heat exchangers and steam piping is usually required, but with G.B.R. mode, such initial costs can be minimized. Japan Wacon was established in 1971 during a time when pollution issues were gaining attention and the need for wastewater treatment was increasing. Given the background of that era, our main business focused on wastewater treatment facilities for plating factories. Among them, we have had many dealings with so-called "local plating shops," which are difficult for major water treatment companies to serve. We have made various efforts to accommodate limited installation spaces and costs. As a result of these efforts, our long-selling products, such as the commissioned regeneration type ion exchange resin tower "Waconer" and the compact fully automatic filter press "WAP series," were born. Japan Wacon is a comprehensive water treatment equipment manufacturer. Just because we have our own brand of equipment does not mean we will always propose it; rather, we prioritize what type of equipment will satisfy our customers in terms of both performance and cost, and we propose pure water production equipment and wastewater treatment facilities accordingly. We are also focusing on enhancing our standard product lineup of water treatment equipment by leveraging the water treatment technology and design know-how for compact devices that we have cultivated over the years.
