Focusing on the processing of difficult-to-machine materials, we excel in high-precision machining and have established a production system for small lots of various types, ensuring careful processing. We conduct initial inspections, interim inspections, and final inspections for all products, keeping thorough records. Furthermore, we have implemented a rigorous pre-shipment inspection system, including visual inspections, to ensure the maintenance of quality. To foster the development of our technical staff, we continuously conduct in-house and external training aimed at improving machining technology, including repeated prototyping and testing to challenge ourselves with diverse metal processing.
