The TCS-3000 is a system for collecting tritium present in the air using a silica gel column.
The F&J Tritium Collection System: TCS-3000 is portable and consists of a vacuum pump, flow regulator, and replaceable polycarbonate silica gel columns. The amount of air passing through the system is accurately monitored and measured by a precision differential pressure sensor. The display is a high-brightness LED with a digital readout. Flow rate and cumulative volume are displayed after being corrected to standard conditions, just like other F&J products. For tritium collection, options include silica gel, molecular sieves, and ethylene glycol, and this model can accommodate two columns. Additionally, it is equipped with an RS232 communication port for data transfer and storage (optional).
