At Morisei, we also accommodate two-color injection molding, which involves molding materials of different colors or properties in two stages. Additionally, we support "outsert molding," where parts are integrally molded and fixed together using resin, and "insert molding," where metal components of different materials are pre-installed in the mold and resin is injected to fill it. <Resin Extrusion Two-Color Molding> We possess technologies for soft and hard two-color molding using resins of the same material but different hardness, as well as extrusion with core materials and PP + TPD two-color molding, which are utilized in various fields, including automotive parts. <Resin Composite Products> With a wide range of technical capabilities, Morisei offers complex products.
