Compared to conventional spring washers, it has a wavy shape, which provides greater spring resistance and is more resistant to loosening. Additionally, its unique shape minimizes the biting into the counterpart material during tightening, making it less prone to damage. The washer's low height also means that less tightening is required. Therefore, the screw can be shorter and lighter. 【Features】 ● Compared to conventional spring washers, it provides a significantly larger spring reaction force, tightening "firmly" with over five times the force. ● With a large spring reaction force, it offers strong resistance to loosening, demonstrating excellent anti-loosening effects. ● With four contact points, the spring reaction force is evenly distributed. ● The cutting edge is located in the middle of a wavy shape, making it less prone to C-shaped deformation during tightening, allowing it to be used on easily scratched painted products. ● Retaining the advantages of steel TWO LOCK, stainless steel material has been developed (equivalent to SUS304). It is highly corrosion-resistant, expanding the range of use without worrying about rust formation. ● Due to its thin plate thickness and low height, it is lightweight, requires less tightening force, and has a small incomplete thread section (dimension a), making it suitable for use on thin plates.
