It can be used as a standalone unit for both the receiving and emitting sides. The gap between the emitting and receiving sides can be set arbitrarily (1 to 100 mm), and it is a low-cost type. Additionally, RoHS-compliant products are also available. It is suitable for applications such as object passage detection in financial equipment, object passage detection in vending machines and ticket machines, paper presence detection in copiers and printers, timing detection, and object passage detection in various automatic machines.
