Responding to the increasing demand in China! Achieving "quality improvement" and "cost reduction" through product range experiments with hybrid and electric vehicles.
Significantly improve experimental efficiency in vibration testing of hybrid and electric vehicle battery packs, achieving "quality improvement" and "reduction of testing costs"!! Designed to target simulation testing of automotive parts and subsystems in the high-frequency range up to 200Hz. It enables durability testing using time history data, as well as extensive vibration and noise testing for vehicles. 【Contents】 ○ Process for implementation ○ What is a vehicle load simulation testing system and multi-axis simulation table? ○ Effects and benefits of implementation ○ Future product development ■□━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━・・・・・‥‥‥……… For more details, please download the case study from the Pan Asia Automobile Technology Center (PAATC) or feel free to contact us. ・・・・・‥‥‥……… ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━■□

basic information
It is possible to achieve six degrees of freedom control through six actuators assembled in a specially designed reverse arch shape. The six degrees of freedom control is set for up and down, left and right, forward and backward, pitch, roll, and yaw. The actuators, equipped with advanced rigidity, are assembled to a 2-meter diameter table via a patent-pending high-frequency swivel and strut. The device has a compact design, minimizing the installation space required.

MTS Japan, Inc. is the Japanese subsidiary of the American engineering company MTS Systems Corporation, which specializes in various testing equipment. For over 40 years, we have provided engineering consulting services to users in Japan, delivering earthquake simulation systems, automotive durability testing systems, aircraft fatigue testing equipment, and various material testing devices to public institutions, universities, and private companies in our country. All of these systems play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of their operations and are indispensable when it comes to "manufacturing" products. MTS Japan, Inc. was established in June 1972 with a 50% investment from MTS Systems Corporation. In May 1975, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and in 1981, we established the Nagoya branch (now the West Japan branch) to strengthen our sales and support system, which continues to this day. Through collaboration with MTS, we achieve optimization of design, improvement of productivity, and reduction of time to market for our customers' products.
