I will show you a demo of the IC temperature control system.
Eye socket demo unit
We will demonstrate the Wells C.T.I. IC temperature control system during customer visits or by inviting you to our company.
Demo Content ○ High-Temperature Individual Temperature Control System / IsoSocket: This utilizes Wells C.T.I.'s unique technology to individually monitor and control the device temperature within the socket. ○ Low-Temperature Control System / TCU: A temperature control unit with cooling functionality that provides high-performance temperature management/control from low to high temperatures.

basic information
The iso-socket uses Wells C.T.I.'s unique technology to individually monitor and control the device temperature within the socket: - The individual control board provides accurate temperature stability in the shortest time. - It keeps the temperature deviation within ±3℃. - Operating parameters are programmable via the I2C interface. - All iso-sockets on the board can be driven by a high-current power supply of 48V. The Thermal Control Unit (TCU) is a temperature control system that uses a method of directly contacting the thermal head with the IC under test or evaluation to heat and cool it. Peltier elements are used for temperature control: - Temperature control range: -40℃ to 150℃ (please consult for ranges outside this) - Compact and portable - Rapid heat conduction and temperature stability - Concentrates thermal stress on the device rather than test peripherals - Improves DUT temperature control accuracy: within ±3℃ - Can be integrated with ATE handler systems or SLT handler systems - Condensation prevention using a dry air (CDA) purge method.
