Compared to ball screws, it achieves high responsiveness by directly driving the slide. The shaft-type linear motor has a structure that allows the coil unit to efficiently capture the magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnets arranged within the shaft, achieving high thrust (high acceleration) while being coreless.
