Roll paper automatic splicer
While using either roll of paper, a new roll will be manually supplied. The roll paper will be cut at the cut line, and double-sided adhesive tape will be prepared in the designated position. When the roll paper reaches the minimum diameter, the roll changer will automatically start the splicer with that adhesive tape. After detecting the registration mark, the roll paper will stop, the first roll paper will be cut, and the paper edge will be accurately joined to the next roll paper. Both the next roll paper and the first roll paper will be pressed with the air pressure controlled pressure roller. Since the roll paper is pooled in the ARW21, automatic splicing is possible without stopping the machine. The splice is detected and ejected outside the system along with the packaged product.
