1. Reliable Metal Compression Seal As the tightening nut is tightened, the metal ferrule compresses against the outer circumference of the copper pipe to create a seal. The compression point with the copper pipe is large, providing stable sealing performance. 2. Permanent Joint Structure The outer circumference of the fixed nut is cylindrical, making it difficult to loosen a joint once it has been tightened. We aim to achieve a joint that meets European standards for permanent joints. 3. No Torque Management Required During Connection The connection is complete once the tightening nut is tightened and there is no gap between the fixed nut and the valve. There is no need to manage torque, allowing anyone to connect easily and reliably. 4. No Need for Flare Processing There is no need for flare processing during installation. This reduces concerns about refrigerant leaks due to variations in work or mistakes. 5. Temporary Fixing Function for Copper Pipe After inserting the copper pipe, it can be temporarily fixed by hand-tightening the tightening nut.
