High-precision copper electroforming
In electroforming, the product surface can be transferred and replicated more precisely than with products processed by other methods.

basic information
Electroforming is a type of electroplating technology that allows for the deposition of electrolyzed metal ions onto the surface of a model (prototype), enabling the extremely faithful replication and reproduction of the model's shape and surface irregularities. Since the electroformed layer is stripped from the prototype to create the product, the electroformed products will have shapes that are the exact opposite of the prototype, down to the finest details of the surface. While a single electroforming process can yield a finished product with a shape that is the opposite of the prototype, it is also possible to perform further electroforming on the stripped finished product to obtain a product that is identical in shape to the prototype. In copper electroforming, there are records of achieving thicknesses of up to 30 mm.
