**Features** - Inspection of surface foreign materials and internal blended foreign materials can be performed simultaneously using unique lighting and image processing technology. - Capable of inspecting transparent pellets. - Can inspect over 3 million pieces per hour using a unique aligned transport method in PEW type. - Simple operation → Easy operation with a Windows operator dialogue system and a variety registration function for 60 items. - Information management → Real-time defect image display and filing images allow management of occurrence information by defect type. **Specifications** - Inspectable resin pellets: cylindrical pellets, rectangular pellets. - Inspectable pellet colors: transparent, translucent, milky white (white pellets). - Resin pellet sizes: → Mode 1: (width) 3mm or less, (thickness) 3mm or less, (length) 4mm or less. → Mode 2: (width) 4mm or less, (thickness) 4mm or less, (length) 5mm or less. - Inspection target surfaces: surface layer (front and back), internal blended parts. - Detection accuracy: → Surface foreign materials: 100μm (black dot standard). → Internal blended foreign materials: 300μm (black dot standard). ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
