For 30 years since our founding, we have primarily focused on manufacturing optical components (cameras, videos). Currently, we are utilizing that experience to advance the die-casting of ultra-thin products. We are conducting research and development aimed at achieving aluminum die-casting that rivals magnesium. In addition to exterior parts for MD players, we are mass-producing internal rollers for ATMs, monitor frames for car navigation systems, and automotive components. We also incorporate our unique ideas and technologies into our products, such as realizing die-casting through a two-piece design and precision die-casting for cost reduction. We have established a factory in the Suwa area, surrounded by lush green mountains, where we manufacture products as an aluminum die casting company on a daily basis. In the manufacturing industry, among various job types, we in aluminum die casting adhere to the principle of never discarding the aluminum that serves as our raw material, but rather using it as return material. We do not produce waste (industrial waste) from our primary materials. We believe this is the first step towards promoting the purification of Lake Suwa and protecting the environment of the great nature surrounded by abundant green mountains.
