In milling operations, a strong holding force is necessary because the cutting thrust is not unidirectional. The magnetic poles of the MTB magnetic chuck use powerful neodymium magnets, generating a strong holding force of 6150N. The magnetic flow goes from the N pole to the S pole through the workpiece, making it less likely for chips to stick to the workpiece. Additionally, compared to hand-tightened fixtures that require tool operation, the magnetic chuck only requires simple button operation, contributing to improved work efficiency.
