■ The combination of the UNITEX cutting machine and plasma system 'SUPER-400PLUS', the new NC controller 'FANUC 30i', and the lightweight beveling block '3D Link' achieves a reduction in total processing time and an increase in productivity. ■ To leverage the inherent high-speed cutting capability of the plasma cutting machine for greater productivity, all operations of the cutting machine have been reviewed, and by placing the dust collector separately, the weight of the cutting machine body has been reduced, enhancing agility and further shortening production time, resulting in a plasma-specific cutting machine. ■ Cutting efficiency has increased by 25% compared to previous models. ■ The carriage for bevel cutting, "Lightweight Bevel Block 3D Link - Bevel," is equipped with a new 3D Link bevel block as a torch angle setting function for cutting. The angle setting speed and posture control speed are approximately twice that of previous models. This enables cutting of complex shapes and reduces total processing time. Additionally, it allows for shorter movement distances for changes in bevel angles, reducing the posture control area at corners, which also improves cutting yield during cutting.
