The "non-pulsating pump" uses a special cam designed to keep the total amount of liquid discharged from the three cylinders constant. During the discharge stroke, each plunger moves at three different speeds, and whether discharging with one plunger or two, the total amount is always designed to be equal. Moreover, since the flow rates on the discharge and suction sides are always equal, there is no strain in any of the strokes, and cavitation is suppressed. Additionally, the movement of the check balls at the upper and lower dead centers is smooth, which prevents leaks and eliminates uneven wear on the valve seats and check balls. As a result, it can maintain long-term high-precision transfer. Furthermore, the liquid-contacting moving parts, such as the cam and plungers, are processed with micron-level precision, enhancing their accuracy to ±0.1%.
