basic information
【Examples of Use】 ■Preventing freezing of pipes and tanks ■Insulation for various industrial piping and tank processes ■Prevention of freezing for various types of ships (helicopter decks, water pipes, fire protection piping, window cleaning piping, etc.) ■General construction applications ■Industrial explosion-proof areas and more 【Types of Auto-Trace Heaters (Self-Regulating Heaters)】 <Auto-Trace> ● Self-regulating heating cable BTV series (for freeze prevention and insulation up to 65°C) ● Self-regulating heating cable QTVR series (for insulation up to 110°C) ● Self-regulating heating cable XTV series (for insulation up to 121°C) ● Self-regulating heating cable KTV series (for insulation up to 150°C) ● High-temperature power-controlled heating cable VPL series (power-controlled heating cable) <Ice Stop - Freeze Prevention, Snow Melting> A total of 4 types ○ Self-regulating type Raychem Auto-Trace Heaters (self-regulating heaters) adjust the amount of heat generated according to changes in the surrounding environment's temperature by increasing or decreasing the current path through the expansion and contraction of graphite within the heating element. This characteristic ensures that even with continuous use, the self-regulating heater will never operate above its rated temperature.

Our company is an engineering firm specializing in electric heaters. We started by handling Raychem self-regulating heaters for preventing water pipe freezing. Since then, we have accumulated technology and have undertaken numerous projects from design to construction for fields requiring strict temperature control, such as petrochemicals, food factories, and the power generation industry, including process insulation for piping and tanks. In addition to self-regulating electric heaters with a maximum holding temperature of 150°C, we also handle higher temperature power-limited heaters, MI heaters, and sheath heaters. Currently, the mainstream for process insulation in manufacturing sites is steam or hot water, which consumes large amounts of fossil fuels. However, due to environmental issues and unstable energy costs, there is an increasing number of manufacturing professionals focusing on electric heating.
