The applicable strength grades are 4.6, 8.8, and 10.9. At Teikoku Seiko, we can manufacture bolts in various sizes according to user needs. Additionally, since October 1993, we have been producing high-strength hex bolts with a diameter of 10.9 (JIS standard) using advanced heat treatment technology that leverages hot forging techniques (with a maximum shank length of 1,000 mm). 【Features】 ■ Hex bolts (8.8, 10.9) are made from chromium-molybdenum steel (SCM435, 440) and nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel (SNCM439). ■ The high-strength heat treatment performed with our state-of-the-art equipment ensures stable quality (8.8, 10.9). ■ When combined with nuts, stable torque management during tightening is possible. ■ JIS mark certification (JIS B1180). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
