Most of the piping, valves, accessories, and pumps are standard products. Chetotech has installed several fermentation systems in collaboration with innovative vinegar manufacturers across Europe. They have been producing high-concentration vinegar with acetic acid concentrations of up to 20% using the fed-batch process. Furthermore, Chetotech's laboratory is equipped with test fermentation systems and facilities for researching the biological acidification of vinegar. Additionally, Chetotech has developed formulations for nutrients that completely dissolve in vinegar and alcohol. There are no residues left in the nutrient tanks or the mash tanks.
