The latest design has produced a new generation absolute angle detector, "Singlsyn." With a built-in ultra-thin structure, it achieves minimal embedded space. It has an extensive operating temperature range of -40 to +150°C and excellent environmental resistance to strong vibrations, shocks, and high humidity, making it capable of meeting various needs. The coil-less rotor structure provides high reliability and supports high-speed rotation. Additionally, by connecting an optional R/D converter or Smartcoder, it can convert analog output signals into digital position (angle) signals and speed signals. The position signal outputs the absolute position within the range of one electrical cycle. Furthermore, compared to conventional resolvers, the number of components has been reduced to one-tenth, achieving cost reduction. In addition to standard products, it can also accommodate various custom orders, including outer diameters of 300mm and axis multiplication factors of 2x to 10x or more.
