We will introduce the results of the evaluation tests on the impact of temperature control on molded products using spiral water pipe sprue bushings and the effects on the molding machine nozzles.
In the standard spiral water pipe sprue bush, the ideal molding conditions are reproduced using the temperature control function of the spiral water pipe sprue bush. By using the spiral water pipe sprue bush to control the temperature, the pressure environment during molding is also reproduced equivalently, and no impact on quality is observed. Furthermore, while maintaining the same quality, the heat dissipation effect from temperature control has shortened the cooling time. It has also been confirmed that the temperature control effect of the spiral water pipe sprue bush does not affect the molding machine nozzle.
