We would like to introduce a case study of the primary and secondary seismic diagnosis program for RC/SRC buildings, "DOC-RC/SRC." At Kanebako Structural Design Office, we are not only satisfying the required seismic performance but also pursuing the potential for seismic retrofitting that adds even more value to the buildings through reinforcement design. In recent years, the number of seismic diagnosis and retrofitting projects has increased, reaching 10% of our overall business, and we were considering purchasing a seismic retrofitting and diagnosis program. The deciding factor for adopting DOC-RC/SRC was its high operability. Since it inherits the input from the structural system's integrated structural calculation program "BUS-5," it is user-friendly and allows for CAD-like input. The output results are presented in full color, neatly organized into chapters and pages, making them easy to read and verify. Additionally, the ability to directly input indicators of ductility and strength according to the situation added significant flexibility, which was a major factor in our decision to adopt it.
