● You can choose either the Time-Resolved Phase Shift Interferometry (TPSI) or the Dynamic Phase Shift Interferometry (DPSI) for each measurement! ● The main unit and the control PC are connected via Ethernet cable, allowing remote operation up to 100 meters! ● There is also compatibility with standard Fizeau reference lenses, so existing optical systems can be reused as is! ● Additionally, it maintains compatibility with other interferometer software and optical design software. ● Emphasizing portability, it has a wide adaptability to various postures and environments.
