The security pigment used in Tailor-Safe has a solid spectrum similar to a fingerprint and can be analyzed with a spectrometer. The characteristic of this security material is that the spectrum excited by individual wavelengths is different, allowing it to possess a unique and unmistakable property. This security pigment was developed for Tailor-Safe and has a crystal structure similar to minerals. It is chemically inert and physically very stable, remaining stable at temperatures up to 1700 degrees. Furthermore, it is very environmentally friendly and non-toxic, making it suitable for use in water, food, and pharmaceuticals.
