Addable to materials where security needs to be ensured! Such as plastics, ceramics, and glass.
The security pigment of this product is composed of small crystals and can be added to materials where security needs to be ensured (e.g., plastics, synthetic and natural rubber, ceramics, glass, fabric, fillers, fixatives, paper, inks, resins, chemicals). Additionally, the security pigment does not react with the host material. The security pigment used in Tailor-Safe has a solid spectrum similar to a fingerprint and can be analyzed with a spectrometer. The characteristic of this security material is that the spectrum excited by individual wavelengths is different, allowing it to possess a unique and unmistakable property. This security pigment was developed for Tailor-Safe and has a crystal structure similar to minerals. It is chemically inert and physically very stable, remaining stable at temperatures up to 1700 degrees. Furthermore, it is very environmentally friendly and non-toxic, making it suitable for use in water, food, and pharmaceuticals.

basic information
Tailor-Safe has the following features: 1. Versatility Tailor-Safe can be used with plastics, natural and synthetic rubber, composites, ceramics, glass, fabrics, fillers, adhesives, paper, inks, resins, chemicals, and more, becoming part of the product. 2. Counterfeit Prevention Inorganic luminescent materials (security materials) are highly complex substances with special spectral characteristics, making it impossible to copy or forge them. 3. Levels of Counterfeit Prevention Level 1: Visual inspection using an appropriate light source (e.g., LED) Level 2: Inspection using inline sensors or portable spectrometers Level 3: Inspection using spectrometers in analytical laboratories to legally prove authenticity 4. Unmatched Versatility Theoretically, it is possible to create 30 billion combinations, making the versatility of Tailor-Safe virtually infinite. Security materials are tailored to the optimal host material. 5. High Safety Tailor-Safe is: - Chemically inert (does not react chemically with host materials) - Biologically neutral - Non-reactive (can be used with water, food, and pharmaceuticals)
