The "ultra-compact potentiostat" is an electrochemical measurement device that uses disposable electrodes. It can detect DNA and measure enzyme activity, among other functions. It can be connected to a computer via a USB cable for power supply and PC control using dedicated software. The development has utilized grants from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
