basic information
The Thermal Control Unit (TCU) is a temperature control system that uses a method of directly contacting a thermal head to the IC being tested or evaluated to heat and cool it, in order to control and maintain the temperature. Peltier elements are used for temperature control. 【Features】 ○ Temperature control range: -40℃ to 125℃ (please consult for ranges outside this) ○ Compact and portable ○ Quick and efficient heat conduction and temperature stability ○ Concentrates thermal stress on the device rather than on test peripherals ○ Improved DUT temperature control accuracy: within ±3℃ ○ Can be integrated with ATE handler systems or SLT handler systems ○ Condensation prevention using a dry air (CDA) purge method ○ Can be used as an alternative to forced air cooling systems ○ Eliminates noise generated by forced air cooling systems ○ Comes with Windows-compatible GUI software ● For more details, please refer to the catalog or contact us.
