FPGA adopts AE-LINK compatible fully digital control multi-axis driver. Since it has a built-in driver in the controller, positioning units and other components are unnecessary.
The "AE-LINK compatible 5-phase 2-axis micro-stepping driver D4690" enables the construction of a cost-effective motion network due to its adoption of AE-LINK. It significantly reduces the number of components through the use of FPGA and achieves component standardization through multi-axis configuration. By eliminating power transistors, coils, capacitors, and other components for current control, it leads to cost reduction. High-performance digital control allows for the automatic selection of the optimal excitation state according to motor rotation speed, including excitation sequences, analog gain, and time constants, achieving increased torque in high-speed ranges. The PWM direct chopper method provides excellent motor response. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
