◎Test Content◎ <Air Conditioning Unit Specifications> ○Air Volume: 8,000㎥/h, ○Total Static Pressure: 67mmH2O, ○Rotational Speed: 1,090min-1 ○Motor Rating: 3.7kW-4P/200V-14.0A/1,750min-1, ○Belt: A-80×3 pieces, ○Motor Side Pulley: 212-A-3×ψ28, ○Fan Side Pulley: 355-A-3×ψ *Testing Method - Attach the test piece to the air conditioning unit and operate the machine to break in the belt. - After one day, measure the current value of the motor R phase and the static pressure. - Temporarily stop operation and measure the natural frequency and tension of the belt. - Resume operation and measure the rotational speed of the motor and fan. - Additionally, for consumables, tests will be conducted under conditions of increased belt tension.
