We handle stainless steel products with care, ensuring that the appearance materials, such as polished and hairline finishes, are protected during processing to avoid scratches. We also deal with many welded stainless steel products, offering services such as internal pickling, water leak testing for tanks, and surface treatments (buff polishing, hairline processing). ■ With our 24-hour operating laser-punch combination machine and NC turret punch press, we can deliver mass-produced sheet metal parts in a short lead time. For welding processes, we utilize a TIG vertical automatic welding machine for box-type products, while other items are handled using fiber laser welding and TIG robotic welding machines, allowing us to deliver in a short lead time. ■ Secondary processing is also speedy. We can achieve integrated production up to sub-assembly. We offer secondary processing for iron (SPCC, SECC), stainless steel, and aluminum, and thanks to our network in Tsuru, we can accommodate short lead times for painting, silk printing, plating, anodizing, buff polishing, and hairline finishes. Our network of partner companies includes four painting companies, two plating companies, and two buff polishing companies, enabling us to respond to various situations.
