It measures web tension in both XY axes with one unit.
The Hene XYR series is a load cell that measures the load of both XY axes with a single unit. In web tension applications, it continuously provides accurate tension measurements even when there are changes in the wrap angle. It allows for biaxial measurement from just one side without needing to be installed at both ends of the axis, leading to cost savings.

basic information
The double beam type sensor combines good overall accuracy of 0.5% with robustness, featuring shaft diameters of 15mm and 17mm, a rated load of 250N to 2,000N, and an overload capacity of 1,000%. Variations in the web angle occur due to changes in the unwinding and winding diameters, but accurate measurements can be achieved through combination with an amplifier.

Since its establishment in 1966, we have supplied numerous products to domestic customers in the petrochemical, tire, automotive, machine tool, medical device, pump, analytical equipment, testing machine sectors, as well as aerospace-related clients in both the public and private sectors. Many of the products we handle are made in the United States, but we aim to provide products with superior performance and features compared to domestic manufacturers, and in recent years, we have also been working to offer excellent European products. Although we are an import trading company, we fundamentally practice domestic operations for the inspection and repair of products from various manufacturers, along with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certification. !!
