The Steriflow Mk95 back pressure regulator is made of 316L stainless steel and is a product specifically designed for sanitary processes, featuring a structure without liquid traps, surface finishing, and compatibility with CIP/SIP. It has a proven track record not only in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes but also in food and chemical manufacturing processes, and is highly regarded for its stable controllability. When a simple diaphragm valve does not meet control requirements, and the use of expensive control valves is hesitated, a self-operated back pressure regulator achieves both good controllability and cost reduction.

The materials used are 316L stainless steel, and the inner surface of the wetted parts is mechanically polished and then electropolished to a finish of 20Ra (0.5μ). The elastomer material complies with FDA/USP standards, and the closure characteristics are standard ANSI Class III, but can be changed to Class IV upon request. There are no sliding parts in the wetted area, and the structure without liquid pockets enhances CIP/SIP treatment and stabilizes the operation of sanitary processes. The pipe diameters range from 1/2" to 3", and the connection standards can accommodate Tri-Clamp, ISO, DIN, or customer specifications.
