It excels in operability, disassembly, and cleanability, and can accommodate a wide variety of grinding processes.
This is a high-speed rotary grinder that can achieve the finest grinding among mechanical grinders. The impeller mill progresses grinding between the multi-stage grinding impellers and the wave-shaped liners that surround the entire circumference. The main grinding forces are impact force, shear force, and grinding force, and the grinding force increases as the rotational speed rises. The control of the generated particle size can be adjusted by regulating the rotor's rotational speed, the supply amount of the grinding material, and the amount of air passing through the system. The gap between the grinding impeller and the outer liner can also be adjusted arbitrarily, allowing for grinding from coarse-sized materials to fine-sized materials.

basic information
【Features】 ○ The interaction between the high-speed rotating rotor and the wave-shaped liner (impact shear) allows for the crushing of all types of materials. ○ There is minimal temperature rise, which helps prevent degradation due to heat. (A water-cooled jacket option is available to further prevent heat-related degradation.) ○ The rotation of the impeller generates airflow and air pressure, eliminating the need for an air transport system to the collection device. ○ The cryogenic grinding specification enables the crushing of materials that may change properties due to temperature, such as gelatin. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

To create high-quality products, powder technology is an essential foundational technology. Since our establishment in 1968, we have consistently strived to acquire high-level powder technology. In particular, our contract processing division has become our mainstay, having cultivated extensive experience and achievements. We have responded to a wide range of customer requests, handling the processing of many materials and refining various processing techniques such as crushing, classification, mixing, drying, coating, and compounding. The fine powder products developed using the processing technologies gained from our extensive contract processing experience are our original offerings. These products utilize our unique chemical grinding technology, enabling us to achieve a level of grinding that cannot be obtained through other grinding methods, as well as allowing for special processing such as compounding with inorganic materials, compounding between resins, and surface coating.
