Company information
Our company was established in Beppu City in 1981 by our representative director and chairman, Osamu Tsukazaki, with the aim of innovative product development. From the beginning, we have been recognized as one of the few companies that consistently handles everything in-house, from idea generation to design, development, and commercialization of our own products. While focusing our development efforts on the hotel industry, we also expanded our business by entering the semiconductor substrate and semiconductor equipment manufacturing sectors, establishing Toki Co., Ltd. in 1997 and Mega Tech Co., Ltd. in 2000, operating as the KTS Group. On January 1, 2009, aiming for further leaps forward, we merged three companies to consolidate the collective strength of the group. This merger serves as a catalyst for us to pursue the next stage of our activities. Although we have merged, our fundamental concepts of "growth and expansion" and "stability" remain unchanged as we advance our business activities. We are committed to management that anticipates change with the spirit of our founding, aiming to enhance our corporate value.
