Akimoto Manufacturing Co., Ltd. started in 1955 as a manufacturer of cleaning machines such as commercial washing machines and dehydrators. Later, leveraging our expertise in dehydrators, we developed a centrifuge dryer with exceptional capabilities for drying parts after plating and after barrel polishing. Since then, we have been manufacturing various types of separation dryers in response to user demands. Parts of all shapes, including those with "bag holes" and "easily bendable items," which were previously impossible to dry with conventional separators, can now be dried. In 1993, we developed a thermal dryer, which has been supplied to semiconductor manufacturers as an ultra-precision dryer for electronic components and has been very well received as a groundbreaking drying machine. With recent environmental issues leading to increasing regulations on solvent-based cleaning and drying, we are focusing our technology and ideas on developing water-based cleaning and drying solutions. If you are having trouble with drying, we would be grateful if you could reach out to Akimoto Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
