Since then, we have been manufacturing various types of separation dryers in response to user demands. In 1993, we developed a thermal dryer, which has been supplied to semiconductor manufacturers as an ultra-precision dryer for electronic components and has been very well received as a groundbreaking drying machine. With recent environmental issues leading to increasing regulations on solvent-based cleaning and drying, we are focusing our technology and ideas on developing water-based cleaning and drying solutions.
