A compact all-rounder that handles everything from quick harvesting to Amane (spinning cuts).
The TM-18 small band saw for frozen fresh fish features a direct motor drive. It adopts a mechanism that connects the lower wheel directly to the motor, enabling powerful and smooth operation. By eliminating the conventional V-belt drive and using direct motor drive, it minimizes noise and vibration. The inverter control allows for switching the blade rotation speed according to the type of material being processed, which can be adjusted via a switch. It emphasizes hygiene by standardly equipping stainless steel wheels. It is equipped with an emergency stop button. The brake activated by the inverter control quickly stops the rotation of the blade. To ensure high yield, saw blades with thicknesses suitable for the processed materials, ranging from 0.35 mm to 0.65 mm, are prepared (with a standard blade thickness of 0.5 mm).
