Castop is a bearing that achieves load-bearing performance with a unique heat treatment technology using the newly developed material TBN-6H, which demonstrates corrosion resistance superior to conventional stainless steel SUS440C. Thanks to the addition and adjustment of appropriate components (4 chemical components × trace elements), this newly developed material realizes a dramatic improvement in corrosion resistance over SUS440C. Furthermore, with our unique heat treatment technology achieving HRC60, and through the optimization of internal specifications, it exhibits load-bearing performance equal to or greater than that of SUS440C.
