In 1964, we succeeded in developing a metal V-pulley. We further added tension pulleys to our lineup, standardizing various types and sizes into a series. With our outstanding technical capabilities and the experience and know-how of a pioneer, we have gained immense trust and have been widely adopted by users across the country. For example, regarding the V-pulley, we form it smoothly and integrally from a single metal sheet using a combination of pressing and rotational molding, from the groove section to the flange. Moreover, while it has sufficient strength and precision compared to conventional cast iron pulleys, it is very lightweight, weighing only 1/2 to 1/3 of them.
