The temperature measurement section is designed with sensors placed at optimal locations on the transparent heating element surface, resulting in excellent thermal responsiveness between the temperature measurement area and the center of the plate, minimizing overshoot when powered on and fluctuations in surface temperature due to disturbances. The heating plate is made of a specially processed transparent heating element with hard glass, suitable for observation using phase contrast, differential interference, and polarized microscopes.
