We are adapting to changes in the times and thinking about manufacturing from a new perspective.
At Matsushita Industries, we have been engaged in mold casting since before it became widely adopted in the casting industry, and we have accumulated know-how up to the present day. The mold casting method, also known as the cloning method, is a casting technique used to shape the internal space of cast products. It involves creating a shell core made from a mixture of silica sand and thermosetting resin, which is then filled with molten metal and broken down to finish the product. Compared to traditional casting methods, mold casting produces a beautiful surface finish and allows for high dimensional accuracy, making it an essential technology for the manufacture of automotive engines and precision cast items. Additionally, it enables mass production of homogeneous products, expands design flexibility, and simplifies manufacturing processes, resulting in achievements in production systems and cost reduction. Since establishing our foundry in 1950, we have been involved in the automotive industry, transitioning from casting to core manufacturing. We primarily focus on mass production of cast parts, particularly engine and undercarriage components, which are made using molds known as "cores." Additionally, we have been selling consumable parts necessary for core production to other companies in the same industry for nearly 20 years. In recent years, we have also started selling the deburring robots that we have been using in-house for the past 30 years. As a system integrator (SIer), we have built a track record both domestically and internationally. You can view the deburring robots on our YouTube channel (mkcore channel). Please feel free to contact us. Thank you very much.
