basic information
**Our Technical Capabilities** We have successfully developed a forging method for "Crowned Helical Gears" using cold forging, the first in the world. **Features** - No cutting. By eliminating cutting and producing no chips, the material required is approximately 35% less compared to cutting gears. - Increased toughness and improved strength. As a plastic processing method, the fiber flow of the material remains intact, resulting in higher toughness and contributing to strength improvement. - Extended die life. - Shortened process. - Achievable exceptional coaxiality. **Others** If you want to achieve net shape, need a die set for forging, wish to transition from cutting to cold forging, or want to establish a new cold and warm forging business, we can achieve exceptional coaxiality through forging. For cups, we can achieve an internal management value of 0.03mm, and for hole punching, an internal management value of 0.01mm, enabling mass production with excellent coaxiality. Additionally, we also have a capability of 0.005mm (5μm) for hole punching.

Our company has always been focused on taking a step forward in building our business. Currently, we are achieving both environmental impact reduction and cost reduction through "cold forging" using a construction method (EDF method) that differs from traditional ones. Cold forging is also a field that requires design capability for molds, so our strength lies in logical manufacturing based on accumulated data, not just experience. Clear Tech makes possible the technologies that no one else has achieved.
