Endrium is a leather blade for slitting that Cadence successfully produced commercially in the United States for the first time, based on high-speed steel.
To meet a wide range of needs, we keep a domestic stock of board knife leather blades, including 3 types of steel: high-speed steel / high-speed steel with ceramic coating / zirconia ceramic, and 4 types: 3-hole double-edged / standard single-edged / injector single-edged / slot double-edged, totaling 11 types available at all times for you to choose from as needed. Additionally, we can also procure zirconia ceramic blades in shapes not available in our domestic stock from the manufacturer. *Please refer to the catalog. We also offer custom manufacturing of blades for Erema and Erema Plus plastic recycling machines, as well as special-shaped blades in various types of steel (SUS410, 420, 440A, 440C, and super alloys, among others), and we can accommodate prototype production, so please feel free to consult with us.

At Cadence, after continuous quenching and annealing of the coil material, we finish the sharpening and polishing through continuous automatic processing using our uniquely developed manufacturing equipment. While possessing high wear resistance, it has the characteristic of not changing hardness even at high temperatures of 540°C, and it is expected to extend the lifespan up to 10 times compared to carbon steel leather blades, 16 times when ceramic coated, and up to 100 times with zirconia ceramic (Rc75).
