Processing capacity can handle from 1 to 10 tons per hour. By heating and treating waste gypsum (dihydrate gypsum), dehydration occurs, producing hemihydrate gypsum. It can be effectively utilized as a solidifying agent for soil improvement materials. Input, drying heating, discharge, dust collection, and control are integrated into one unit. Compact size allows for transportation by a single 11-ton truck. No fire department or municipal applications are required*. *Applications may be necessary depending on the region.
