The Wingscaler "WS-100" is a loss-in-weight continuous powder feeding device that accommodates various powders. It is equipped with multiple types of screws to meet a wide range of powder characteristics and dosing requirements. By adopting a cage-type agitator, it supplies powder to the screw feed zone while rotating it within the cage, achieving stable metering and feeding without being affected by the powder pressure at the top of the agitator. The metering capacity ranges from 30 kg to 120 kg/h. With a specially structured casing and a vibrator, it ensures stable discharge without the occurrence of bridging, even with highly cohesive powders. The one-touch clamp design allows for easy disassembly and cleaning of the main components.
