Tajima Tiesuke Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the manufacturing of parts for remote control cables (remote operation systems) used in automobiles and motorcycles since its establishment in August 1973. The types of materials used include metal, resin, rubber, and wire, with a production capacity of approximately 26,000 items and ten million units per month. In particular, we aim to create metal parts that generate virtually no chips through plastic processing. Therefore, we can produce higher quality and cheaper parts compared to conventional cutting methods. Furthermore, we have established special techniques for mass-producing thin and long through-holes of approximately 2 to 6 mm in diameter and 80 to 120 mm in length using plastic processing. For resin, rubber, and wire products, we also employ unique know-how in our manufacturing processes, and our applications have now significantly expanded into the fields of electronics, construction, and medical industries. Based on our outstanding expertise, we will continue to tackle new challenges and actively engage in producing high-quality and more affordable parts.
