**Features** - The quantitative discharge valve outputs an electrical signal for each shot when the set amount of grease is delivered. If the set amount of grease is not delivered due to air entrapment or other issues, there will be no electrical signal output. - The minimum amount of grease per shot that triggers the electrical signal is 0.05 cc. There is no upper limit on the discharge amount. - By processing this electrical signal, it is possible to operate buzzers or lights for production line stoppage or warnings. - It resolves grease application troubles. *Demo units are available for loan! ■ GSS was created as a result of investigating discharge troubles reported by users of other grease pump manufacturers. Please consider adopting GSS or HVS. ■ Inside the resin block of the grease shot sensor, there is a steel plunger. This plunger moves sideways due to the pressure of the grease and the force of a compression coil spring. A proximity sensor detects this movement and sends an electrical signal. Please refer to the photo. ■ The verifiable single shot amount starts from 0.05 cc, with no upper limit. ■ The instruction manual is included in the download file. ■ When making inquiries, please set the urgency level to "urgent."
