It is an advanced next-generation dryer designed to assist in molding. With its unique nitrogen heating and cooling system, it minimizes damage from thermal degradation and oxidation of materials, allowing for storage at room temperature after drying and just-in-time supply. The re-adsorption prevention device, equipped with an interceptor, prevents re-adsorption on the molding machine hopper. The built-in nitrogen generator reduces oxidation yellowing and degradation of materials. It features a high-performance filter and adopts a portable cassette-type drying hopper, eliminating the occurrence of powder and contamination during transport. It reproduces the previous molding conditions, reducing material and time loss, and accommodates small batches of various types with batch processing and easy cleaning.
